Classes
For children 12 months to 2 years.
Parent Tot is a great learning experience in a social setting. Children work on gross motor skills, coordination and strength while having fun. They sing songs, play games, and learn concepts such as in, on, under, over, around, etc. They also deal with colors, numbers and letters, as well as learning to take turns and play with others. This class prepares them to enter a Preschool class and is a great shared experience with your child. Classes are 45 minutes.
Boys and girls, ages 3 thru 5,
who have not yet started kindergarten.
In PreK we teach basic gymnastics such as handstands, cartwheels, kickovers, etc. Children also work in an obstacle course setting that is designed to develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, self-control, and self esteem. Other activities may include hoops, ribbons, balls or the parachute. Classes are 55 minutes.
Girls Level 1 is taught using a progressive method that allows each child to develop at their own rate. The girls move up in levels after mastering the skills at the current level. This class teaches the basics: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, etc. The class is designed to develop strength, flexibility, agility, confidence and basic coordination for all other sports. This class is 55 minutes.
This class is designed for students 14 - 21 years of age. The class ranges in skill level from Beginner through Advanced tumblers. In this class we teach the basic techniques necessary to perform cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and tucks, as well as higher level tumbling and front tumbling.
